Grace is defined as “simple elegance or refinement of movement.” It’s a state of mind and a presentation of spirit. It’s an allowing of your inner beauty to be revealed and shared in its simple elegance.
We all know grace when we see it. Those individuals who can move mountains, deal with crisis, manage households, build empires and do it all with a smile, apparent ease and the ability to make you feel special. Grace is something to strive for and live into. Grace, much like peace, is a state of existence. Make it part of your regular practice until it becomes part of your nature.
