What is your word of the year?

What is the one thing you would do if you knew you would not fail?

List 1 action you will take today to pursue a dream – write it in ALL CAPS.

Identify 5 role models and ask yourself – why do they inspire you? What traits can you adopt?

Describe your perfect day in detail using all of your senses – how does it look, feel, smell, sound, taste? Visualize it at the start of each day.

Say “Yes!” to____________ What crazy, funny, beautiful, daring tug is calling you? Draw it

Today, I nurture myself by____________________

Love letter to yourself:

Dear Me:

List 10 things that make you smile.

Create a list of all of the positive words you would use to describe yourself.  Pull them out on challenging days to shift your attitude.
